Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Middle Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic team in Wroclaw, Poland. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through systematic testing and validation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and business analysts to understand software requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies. Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing. Analyze test results, report findings clearly, and suggest practical solutions for software improvement. Contribute to improving testing processes and methods within the QA team. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
